Built to Abu Dhabi code
Permits, inspections and certifications are aligned with UAE and Abu Dhabi regulation throughout — building permit approvals through the Department of Municipalities and Transport via the TAMM platform, compliance with the Abu Dhabi International Building Code, and the Estidama Pearl Rating sustainability system for new builds. NOC coordination covers utility and safety authorities including ADDC, Etisalat / du and Abu Dhabi Civil Defence.
Electrical and plumbing design, inspection and sign-off are handled exclusively by engineers licensed to practice in Abu Dhabi — not treated as generalist tasks.

A 24-month villa build delivered under the UAE National Housing Loans programme.

A detailed BOQ review and negotiation exercise covering electrical, HVAC and plumbing scope.

New builds are designed and delivered in line with the Estidama Pearl Rating System, Abu Dhabi’s mandatory sustainability framework, addressing energy efficiency, water use and material selection from the design stage onward.
